Parking Patrols
You have spoken and the Board has listened!
Parking enforcement is being ramped up and night patrols will begin in March! Please review the Parking Policy to make sure you are in compliance with the parking rules of the community. The Supplementary CC&R’s for each Neighborhood in the Community state that “Vehicles may be parked only on cement or concrete surfaces on an owner’s Lot. Homeowners and their guests must park their vehicles on the driveway or in the garage and not on the street.” Please note that vehicles parked within intersections, blocking mailboxes, or fire hydrants, on sidewalks or planting strips may be towed and impounded immediately without warning. All costs will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
The streets are narrow and when vehicles are parked in the streets it impacts the ability of emergency vehicles to get through. We all want to live in a safe community and keeping the streets clear and allowing emergency vehicles quick access through the streets is an important safety factor.
The Board appreciates your cooperation in keeping Silver Creek a beautiful, safe place to call home.
